The mission of the AuSable Adventure Rally is to help support the families of the soldiers in these pictures, as well as the rest of the National Guard.  These families have made the ultimate sacrifice:  their loved ones are overseas fighting for our Freedom and to spread Liberty throughout the world.  The last thing these brave men and women should have to worry about while protecting our freedom is the well being of their families here at home.  A portion of the proceeds raised by the pin sales leading up to the rally as well as any donations given at the rally will go to the National Guard Family Support Fund.  This fund is set up to provide a helping hand to the families of our soldiers.

The Michigan Committtee for ESGR (Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve) is a Department of Defense agency that provides education, consulting and mediation services for Guard and Resereve members and their employers.
The Committee conducts a variety of Employer Outreach Programs, Unit Liaison Services, and has trained Ombudsmen to help resolve issues between employers and their Guard/Reserve Employees.
